Passionate About Inspiring Others

"In our fast-paced, distraction-filled world, it’s easy to become overwhelmed with never-ending to do lists and over commitments. Accomplishing more and more becomes less satisfying. Cathy has helped me step back from the frenzy, see it for the first time with clear eyes, and choose a different way of being. Through insightful questions, thought-provoking readings and assignments, and empathetic guidance, she’s been my partner as I walk a path to redefining my priorities. Cathy has helped me rediscover the joy of doing few things, but engaging with them in more deeply meaningful ways. Working with Cathy has been one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself." - Jill, President, Volunteer Organization
